Friends co-stars Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, and Courteney Cox have expressed their strong emotional connection, describing it as an ‘unbreakable bond’, following the tragic passing of their fellow cast member, Matthew Perry.

Aniston, Kudrow, and Cox starred alongside Perry in the hit television series Friends for ten seasons, from 1994 to 2004. Throughout this time, the actors developed a close relationship both on and off set, which has continued long after the series ended.

Matthew Perry, best known for his role as the sarcastic Chandler Bing in Friends, passed away recently. The news of his untimely death deeply saddened his co-stars, prompting them to share heartfelt messages in honor of their friend and former colleague.

Speaking on the bond they share, Jennifer Aniston said, “We have experienced so much together and this loss feels particularly heavy. Our bond is unbreakable and we will always remember Matthew for his wonderful sense of humor and undeniable talent.”

The sentiments echoed by Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox mirrored those of Aniston, emphasizing the depth and strength of their connection. Both Kudrow and Cox also stressed the pivotal role Perry played in their lives and acknowledged his significant contribution to their shared career success on Friends.

“Matthew was a remarkable man. His sense of humor and quick wit always kept us laughing on set. The bond we share is one that can never be replaced. He will always be a part of us,” said Kudrow. Cox, on the other hand, added, “Matthew’s spirit and energy truly defined our show. His character, Chandler, set the tone for what Friends was all about—humor, love and friendship. His absence will be deeply felt.”

Perry’s indelible mark on Friends and his influence on his co-stars or ‘friends’ in reality, testifies to the impact he had made in the world of television and to an extent, in their lives. As the news of his death reverberates, his co-stars, fans, and the television industry as a whole mourn the loss of an actor who brought laughter and joy to millions globally.
