Canadian musician Grimes has clarified some details about her relationship status with SpaceX CEO Elon Musk to fellow artist, Azealia Banks. In response to an initial social media post by Banks that suggested Grimes was ‘dumped’, the singer replied, insisting this was not the case and instead asserted that she “bounced”.
Rumours about Grimes and Musk’s status as a couple have been circulating the gossip mill, propelled by Banks’ recent post. Banks, known for stirring up online controversy, suggested that Elon Musk had ended his relationship with Grimes. The post did not go unnoticed by Grimes, prompting her to set the record straight.
Banks and Grimes have a history of public spats dating back to 2018 when Banks was allegedly abandoned at Musk’s mansion while waiting to collaborate on music with Grimes.
