Supernatural, a popular American television series, features numerous guest stars, but even hardcore fans may have overlooked a prominent appearance by Black Adam star, Aldis Hodge. With his rising fame in Hollywood, Hodge’s presence pre-dates his role in the blockbuster movie, having previously played a role in Supernatural. Unfortunately, this fact often flies under the radar even among the most ardent Jensen Ackles followers.

In the Supernatural series, Hodge portrayed the character of Jake Talley, a soldier and one of the ‘Special Children’ that the show focused on. Appearing in three episodes of Season 2 in 2007, Hodge’s performance was well-received, yet many fans remain oblivious to this early showcase of his skills. Interestingly, his character is considered pivotal, as he ends up killing Jensen Ackles’ character, Dean Winchester, which sets off an important storyline.

Despite the significance of Hodge’s role in the series, a seemingly high number of fans are unaware of the Black Adam star’s foray into the Supernatural world. Given his larger-than-life on-screen presence in recent blockbusters, it seems surprising that this early appearance is often forgotten by most, including ardent Jensen Ackles followers.

This revelation might encourage fans to look back on past episodes in a new light, possibly unearthing more hidden gems. Whether a fan of Supernatural or Black Adam, recognizing these connections can add layers to the viewing experience.
